The Archive of the Map and Plan Documentation Unit serves as an important resource for the preparation of academic publications.

Jansen ve Ankara: Planlar ve Yazışmalar (2023)

The book was published with the aim of shedding light on Ankara's urban development process during the early Republican period. It compiles the correspondence exchanged between Hermann Jansen and the Ankara Municipal Planning Directorate between 1930 and 1938, together with the plans, sketches, and perspective drawings referenced in these exchanges. The volume was edited by H. Çağatay Keskinok, Irmak Yavuz Özgür, and H. Eren Efeoğlu.

The work presents 77 documents directly related to urban planning and development activities, and these materials are comparatively analyzed alongside the Jansen plans preserved in the Archive of the Map and Plan Documentation Unit at the Faculty of Architecture, Middle East Technical University.

Eymir: Araştırmalar, Proje ve Planlama Çalışmaları (2018)

The book was compiled and published as an edited volume by Funda Baş Bütüner and Çağatay Keskinok, based on the papers presented at the Eymir Symposium held in 2015. The chapter titled “A General Evaluation of Studies on Eymir and Its Surroundings,” authored by Duygu Cihanger and Nil Uzun, was prepared through an extensive review of numerous archival sources related to the subject.
