Topic: The Contribution of University Education and Academic Knowledge to the Project Processes

 

In this talk, the topics of discussion will be around the management processes and contemporary issues of projects on sustainability and climate change. The contribution of the planning education to sustainability and climate change, and to the projects of the non-governmental organizations will be discussed.

Anıl Albayrak

Holds a bachelor's degree in the Department of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture from Bilkent University and a master's degree in Urban Planning from Istanbul Technical University. He has been part of project teams in various public and private sector projects with a focus on sustainability. He has designed and managed projects and programs centered on industry and entrepreneurship within the United Nations Development Programme and the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey. Currently, he works as the Climate Change and Sustainability Coordinator at the Ankara Chamber of Industry.
