The First Session: Disaster and Planning of the 47th Colloquium of Urbanism is conducted with the moderation of Prof. Dr. Serap Kayasü. The session hosted Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Burak Büyükcivelek among other discussants with "Disaster Capitalism or the Disaster of Planning: The Effect of the Developments Following the February 6 Earthquake on the Transformation of the Planning Profession".
