As part of the 21st Tuesday Talks, Hakan Gümüş, the permanent guest of the 'Sector Real Estate' program on NTV and the chairman of the board of directors of the Strategy Association for Real Estate (GİSP), gave an online presentation titled "The Real Estate Market Changing with the Pandemic".

He graduated from METU City and Regional Planning Department in 2004. Between 2004 and 2005, he worked as the Project Coordinator of the European Union Turkey Youth Council. Since 2009, he has worked as an international projects specialist at the Turkish Education Association and as a real estate development specialist in various companies. By establishing Bosphorus Invest company in 2016, he brought his sectoral knowledge to a corporate level. He provides business development consultancy to various real estate technology companies. He examines different topics of the real estate sector every week in the 'Sector Real Estate' program on NTV. Gümüş, who is the chairman of the board of directors of the Real Estate Strategy Association (GİSP).
